Swing Up Fitting For Chest Applications From Hafele

(01.02.2008) Hafele Canada Inc. recommends the new heavy duty lid stay for chest applications.  The MAXI fitting is designed to keep the lid from slamming down and is good for wood or aluminum doors.  The unique design holds the door in the position where you release it.  This maintains a safe but functional lid.  The fittings are made of steel and zinc alloy and are adjustable with a 10 mm hex key.  This fitting works with lids up to 20lbs.  Installation is quick and easy by clipping it onto the mounting bracket and only requires a small amount of space to mount.
