5K INSTITUTIONAL GRADE 1 HINGE

(12.12.2005) Häfele’s 5K Institutional Grade 1 hinge is ANSI/BHMA A-156.9-2001 Grade 1 approved, created of 14 gauge steel and can be used universally on ¾” and 13/16” materials.
The hinge knuckles are broached and leave a punched after forming for precision pin alignment and smooth operation.  With the “easy hang” feature, only one person is required for the hanging of large doors.  Complete with pre-mounted 5mm Euro screws, these hinges have a universal drill pattern consistent with concealed hinges allowing standard drilling equipment to be used.  Finish options include a powder-coated matt black, dull chrome, or pearl finish and plated brushed or plated matt nickel.
