Simplifying Specification

NBS Plus is a library of manufacturers' product information, linked to specific clauses within the NBS specification software products - i.e. NBS Building, NBS Landscape, NBS Engineering Services and NBS Scheduler. It enables manufacturers to have their product information available to specifiers at the point they need it most - when completing a specification. The links within the specification software allow users to specify products quickly and accurately by simply dragging and dropping the product information directly into a specification.

NBS is the industry standard specification system used by over 18,000 specifiers in over 5,000 subscribing offices. Available in an easy to use software package, as well as hard copy format, it is a library of pre-written technical specification clauses and preliminaries for producing building specifications. Reference is made to guidance and other technical information, such as British Standards throughout. Authored by an in-house team of architects and engineers, NBS specification systems offer construction professionals the ability to create up-to-date project documents for a wide variety of applications.
