Electronic keys - In the Dialock identification and locking system, conventional keys are replaced by electronic keys. They contain a memory chip on which user data and access authorization is stored. Electronic keys are maintenance free and operate without any batteries.

Electronic keys are available in various designs, according to your application (eg. key clip for clothing, key stick for keyrings). All designs have the same functionality.

Terminals and furniture locks
In the Dialock system, conventional locks are replaced by terminals. Data stored in the electronic keys is transmitted to the terminal radio for analysis. The terminals are equipped with a reader module and an electronic control unit.

The reader module reads the data stored in the electronic keys and analyses it; the electronic control unit then allows access to a room, for instance. Special Dialock furniture locks control access to furniture and furniture terminals are available in various designs for specific fields of application.

Programming units
Terminals and electronic keys are programmed by means of various programming units.

Units range from programming key sticks for stand alone units and small to medium installations, programming and data transfer devices for medium sized installations and programming stations for large systems with many terminals.
