Häfele has its own warehouse in Rugby covering a 6 acre site, in which the comprehensive range of hardware is managed and made available. Because it invests heavily in stock keeping, Häfele can guarantee delivery capability and short delivery times. More than 1,000 orders are processed in the warehouse in Rugby every day, with more than 5,000 articles being despatched.

Despatch logistics

Despatch logistics is another important part of order processing. Thanks to the company's professionalism, Häfele can meet extremely demanding customer requirements such as 24-hour delivery, delivery to different destinations, splitting orders into different units, just-in-time delivery and reliable packing. The transportation methods that are used are adapted to the volume and dimensions of the delivery, the urgency and the distance, so that the delivery reaches its destination reliably and as cheaply as possible. Häfele does not only make order processing transparent to the customer, but also delivery.

Delivery methods

Standard delivery - For orders processed for standard delivery, dependent on weight and volume, your order will be sent out via our 48 hour service.

Next Day Delivery - Next day deliveries can include timed deliveried and even delivery on a Saturday.

Collection - After your order has been confirmed you will be sent details about how to collect your goods.
