• Life/AD&D Insurance
  After one month of service, the company offers group life insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees are covered at one time their annual salary up to $50,000 and a minimum coverage of $20,000 for life and accidental death/dismemberment insurance. Employees have the option of purchasing additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
  
• Business Accident Insurance
  Employees traveling for the company, five (5) or more days per year, are automatically covered up to an additional $150,000 for accidental death/dismemberment at no cost to the employee.
  
• Group Short-Term Disability Insurance
  After ninety (90) days of employment, regular employees working at least thirty (30) hours per week are enrolled in a short-term disability insurance program at no cost to the employee. This income protection insurance replaces up to 60% of the employee’s compensation (maximum weekly benefit of $1250) for a period of eleven (11) weeks should the employee become disabled for 15 days or more.
  
• Group Long-Term Disability Insurance
  After ninety (90) days of employment, regular employees working at least thirty (30) hours per week may enroll in the long-term disability insurance program at group rates through the convenience of payroll deduction. This income protection insurance replaces up to 60% of the employees compensation (maximum monthly benefit of $5,000) should an accident or illness cause an employee to become disable for ninety (90) days or more.
  
• Flexible Spending Account
  The company provides flexible spending accounts to all eligible employees. This allows employees to redirect a portion of taxable income in order to receive non-taxable benefits. Employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to reimburse themselves for qualified health care, commuter, and dependent care expenses.
  
• Section 125 Plan
  Health, dental and vision insurance premiums may be deducted from pay on a “pre-tax” basis if the employee chooses. This means these premiums are not considered as taxable income for federal and state income tax purposes.
  
• Profit Sharing Plan
  After one full year of service, employees who are at least 18 years of age become eligible to participate in the company’s profit sharing plan. Contributions are made by the company solely at the discretion of management.
  
• 401K Plan
  After six months of service, employees who are at least 18 years of age may enroll in the 401K plan. The company will match 50% of the employee’s elective deferral contributions up to a maximum elective deferral contribution of 6%. Amounts contributed into the 401K account and the accounts earnings are not subject to federal or state income taxes until the funds are withdrawn from the account.
  
• Direct Deposit of Payroll
  If the employee chooses, the company will deposit the employee’s paycheck directly into his/her bank account.
  
• Paid Holidays
  Employees are paid for nine (9) national holidays each year:  New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (2), Christmas Day, and Floating Holiday (discretion of management).
  
• Paid Absences
  Employees earn paid absence hours according to an allotted schedule. Employees are eligible for paid absences after six (6) months of employment. There is no waiting period for holiday pay.
