Executive Administrative Assistant
SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant position provides a wide range of administrative support for the Company President and Officers. The position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, along with an ability to work within a fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.:
- Coordinates and arranges domestic and international travel schedules and reservations for executives as needed.
- Plans and manages calendar events for executive group in cooperation with internal and external employees and visitors.
- Answers phones and directs all incoming calls to the correct party.
- Responsible for all mail processing and delivery.
- Assists executives with all aspects of project development, including delivery and final presentation
- Develops, maintains, and runs reports as needed.
- Completes timely filing activities of documents, records, and reports.
- Assists executive group with the preparation and distribution of company correspondences, including memos, reports, and letters (personal drafting and dictation).
- In cooperation with support staff and executive group, coordinates all appropriate company events and activities.

Strong knowledge of all MS Office programs, with an emphasis in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly task oriented and able to meet multiple deadlines

Experience in multi-national work environment a plus

Able to prioritize effectively and efficiently
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
