Great Wolf Resorts implements Dialock RFID access control as part of integrated guest satisfaction tactic

Great Wolf Resorts is the largest owner, operator and developer in the United States of drive-to family resorts featuring indoor water parks and other family oriented activities.

Great Wolf Resorts were well aware that improvements to guest satisfaction have a direct impact on loyalty and selected Dialock RFID for guest room door locks, wall terminals and Dialock LockerLock at Great Wolf Lodge, Poconos, Pennsylvania.
