A safe, flexible lift system for bi-fold doors

For optimum design flexibility, the Senso lift system provides bi-fold movement for doors of equal height or in proportions of two-thirds top and one-third bottom. For safety the middle hinges unsnap to prevent injury to jammed fingers without damaging the hinge or the door. Counterbalancing adjustment allows doors to remain open at the position of release. And the Soft & Silent closing system brings doors down gently and quietly.
