• determine the exact location of the vent hood
• If venting outdoors plan as short and straight a duct route possible
• choose the right duct fittings
• 6” round duct to be used
• Do not vent into spaces within walls, ceiling or into attics, crawlspaces or garages
• Adequate structural support must be provided in all types of installations
• Follow all instructions
