Quality Management System

Hafele America Co, (Archdale, NC) achieved its ISO 9001:2008 certification in July 2009. Our scope of certification includes the distribution of furniture and cabinet hardware, lighting components and fittings; packaging and kitting of hardware and cutting of material to customer specifications.  Prior to this certification, we were certified to ISO 9002:1994 since 1996 and ISO 9001:2000 since 2003. This 15+ year history of certification provides independent verification to our customers and other stakeholders that we are a quality conscious company and distinguishes us as an organization that is committed to doing whatever it takes to provide the best products and services to our customers.

Our Quality Management System is continually improving to ensure our capability of meeting customer requirements with every transaction we perform.
