Quality Management System

Hafele America Co, (Archdale, NC), Quality Management System has been certified by the UL Registrar to the ISO 9001:2000 standard since 2003.  Our scope of certification includes the distribution of furniture and cabinet hardware, lighting components, fittings, packaging and kitting of hardware to customers' specifications.  Prior to this certification, we were certified to ISO 9002:1994 since 1996 with the same scope.  This 10+ year history of certification provides independent verification to our customers and other stakeholders that we are a quality conscious company and distinguishes us as an organization that is committed to doing whatever it takes to provide the best products and services to our customers.

Our Quality Management System is continually improving to ensure our capability of meeting customer requirements with every transaction we perform.
