DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Actions by HafeleOnline.com or Häfele America, Co. for nonpayment by the Purchaser of the purchase price of products sold through HafeleOnline.com, or for redress of other breaches by the Purchaser of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, may be brought by HafeleOnline.com or Häfele America, Co., at its option, before any judicial court of competent jurisdiction. At HafeleOnline.com’s or Häfele America, Co.’s option, disputes between the Purchaser and HafeleOnline.com or Häfele America, Co., including all claims for non-performance by HafeleOnline.com or Häfele America, Co., shall be finally settled by arbitration in Archdale, North Carolina, USA, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules by one arbitrator and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction thereof.
