The company realises the importance of personal data of our customers and will keep data received confidentially and safely by using the privacy notice for preventing any damages that may occurred.

The collection of personal data

Once you purchase the products and services, the Company generally collects your personal data, either directly from you or from authorised representatives, through our websites, mobile services, and other channels including buying product or using our service, call center, delivery, after sale service, visit our showroom, buying online product and provide your personal data. We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and our websites through Browser’s Cookies, survey and other communication channel.

The objective of collecting personal data

The Company will collect such data for the sake of recognising your requirement, proving product and servicing your requirement, developing our selling and services and using such data base for marketing activity and promoting our news and activity. The Company will disclose your data with our partners, third parties that the Company use their service, which are Advatage Company (Research Company) and Biscuit Solution Company (Provide Customer Satisfaction Survey Service), legal firms and government agency only.

Retention and duration of personal data collection

The Company will keep your personal data for 10 years for both soft file and hard file at the Company’s centre dive. After that, the Company will destroy data by delete it from our saver

The Company will review the privacy notice regularly in accordance with the practise and the law and relevant regulation. The Company will send customer satisfaction survey via Advantage Company (Research Company) and Biscuit Solution (Provide Customer Satisfaction Survey Service) for asking the feedback to improve our service
