The world of fittings in a bag.
The idea was simple: whenever a customer develops new furniture, there's a need for individualised fittings. If it's possible to offer precisely these fittings in bags, the customer receives not only the fittings, they also receive a perfectly and individually designed package. This helps both customers and furniture purchaser. Cooperation with furniture manufacturers in this regard begins right from the planning and prototype stage. It's good idea that has proved its value and has helped Häfele promote the concept of RTA furniture. Today it saves a great deal of time and money.
The bag is coming into its own.
With its production park in Germany, Häfele is now among the world's leading providers. A clever combination of automatic and manual processes results in individualised and cost-saving solutions for customers – in virtually any unit quantity, composition and shape. Customer-specific solutions far from the standard are becoming increasingly important, such as "bag in bag" or "bag in box" packaging, along with the company logo, barcode and info text. Of course, this also includes special packaging, such as shrink wrap, blister wrap or zone packaging. In total more than 20 million bags leave the the plant in Nagold every year – where certified quality control ensures flawless package contents.
