Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center handles all customer complaints and service requests. All of these will be properly documented and listed in our system in order to track the requests and improve customer service.

To provide excellent customer services the customer Service Center works in collaboration with the after-sales service team dedicatedly from Monday till Friday within the office hours (08.00-17.15) and Saturday (09.00-16.00).
