Häfele America Co. will accept most customer returns within 90 days of purchase. Return freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. All products (regardless of age) must be in good, resellable condition and in original, complete packaging. All returns must be authorized in advance by Customer Service.
A restock charge is applied to returns which are determined to be customer errors. The restock charges are as follows:

Special/Custom/Direct: These orders are NOT returnable unless the product is defective or Häfele America Co. has made an error in processing the order.
Product older than 90 days cannot be returned.
Packing & Shipping Your Return: All goods returned to Häfele must be in the original packaging, in resalable condition and must pass inspection before any credit is issued by Häfele.
