Häfele Service+ - Cut-to-Length Program

Our Cut-To-Length Program was designed to offer the ultimate in convenience. With the opportunity to customize the tools and components needed to perfectly meet individual project needs, this program eliminates the potential to waste time, products or money. Products that are cut-to-length at our Service+ facility include wardrobe tubes, sliding door hardware and continuous handles.

Wardrobe Tubes

Our aluminum or steel wardrobe tubes can be cut to any non-standard size. Each tube is cut 6 mm (1/4") less than the overall opening size and sleeved and kitted with end caps and mounting screws. General lead time: 10 days (<500), 17 days (>500)

Note: Does not include lighted wardrobe tubes.

Sliding Door Hardware

We offer several types of sliding door hardware solutions. Once the hardware is chosen, the individual parts are cut to the required specifications and supplied in a kit, providing the opportunity to make adjustments best suited to the individual project. General lead time: 10 days.

Continuous Handles

Häfele Service+ Cut-to-Length Continuous Handles

Our continuous handles are 2997 mm (118") long and designed to be cut to fit a door, cabinet or other application. With our cut-to-length program, we eliminate the hassle and expense of shipping one long piece by cutting the lengths needed prior to shipping. General lead time: 10 days (<500), 17 days (>500).

Note: Only the matt aluminum finishes are available in custom lengths.

  • Widths: 20 mm, 40 mm (13/16", 1 9/16")
  • Depths: 43 mm, 63 mm (1 11/16", 2 15/32")
