Repack Program
This unique customization program is the crown jewel of Service+. Designed to save installers time and money, the Repack Program compiles everything needed for a project and conveniently packages it together. Whether the project requires smaller count bags of just one item, large kits to complete the entire scope of a project, one-time requests or regularly packed and delivered items, the Repack Program can handle it all.
Types of Repack Orders
Whether you’re packaging for a unique project or you’re streamlining your entire installation process by having your materials put into kits, Service+ Repack can meet your needs.
Made-to-order: This type of order is for items required for a specific job that will not be repeated or replicated in the future, such as a one-off design, project or installation. Receive a quote within 24 hours for any made-to-order or one-time repack request. General lead time: 10 days
Made-to-stock: For regular orders of a specific set of products packaged together, made-to-stock is the perfect solution. Your order will receive a unique item code to make reordering simple. These packages will be kept in stock and shipped on a regularly scheduled basis with a forecast provided and a signed sales agreement. Once set up, all future orders will be delivered based on agreed upon frequency.

How We Package
Automated Repack – Our automated repack machine polybags and heat seals items with a processing speed of 20-50 kits per minute with Six-Sigma accuracy. Perfect for creating packages of small components to construct cabinets, closets or other frequently repeated projects.
- Contents must be smaller than 3" x 3" to be eligible
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 packages
Fast Automatic Weight Counter (FAW) – An additional machine option for our automated repack service is the Fast Automatic Weight Counter (FAW). It counts and bags single items only and completes this process at a rate of 1 bag every 45 seconds. Ideal for creating bags of screws, dowels or other single-sized items needed into fewer quantities for easier handling on the jobsite.
Manual Repack – Since items larger than 3" x 3" cannot be packaged through one of our machines, we offer a Manual Repack option, ensuring that we can support any repack request. These hand-assembled kits are compiled at a rate of 2-10 kits per minute, depending on the number of components.

SPrint SidePouch Bagging System – A new addition to our packaging options offers competitive repack pricing for items larger than 3" and up to 10". This system operates at speeds up to 120 bags per minute in continuous mode.

Custom Labeling
Our custom labeling service allows for branding of any repack item with necessary information. From company name to QR codes, bar codes and instructions, Häfele's custom labeling program can accommodate most printing requests.
