Healthcare can be expensive at times. That’s why Häfele offers generous reimbursements for employees and their families for a portion of their yearly out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Helping to plan for the unexpected is another way Häfele cares for our employees. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in complimentary life and short-term disability insurance, and also have the option to elect long-term disability benefits and life insurance coverage.

Time away from work allows Häfele employees the chance to refresh themselves. And that’s why we offer our full-time employees generous levels of Paid Absence Hours (PAH) starting during their first year of employment and increasing over time based on years of service.  

Holidays 
Häfele also provides a generous holiday schedule which includes a total of nine holidays per year, with a combination of fixed and floating holidays.
