Safety Interlock Outlets add an extra layer of security to any 15 amp or 20 amp Docking Drawer Blade Series outlet, guaranteeing devices are never left powered on inside the drawer box. Ideal for vanity or appliance drawers, the Safety Interlock Outlet installs into the single gang junction box that will power your Docking Drawer outlet. The Limit Switch detects the drawer’s position and de-energizes the Docking Drawer outlet as the drawer begins to close. Choice of a 15 amp version with a NEMA 5-15R receptable or a 20 amp NEMA 5-20R receptable, both are tamper resistant.

  • ETL Listed for use in the US and Canada and satisfies the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) for AC outlets in enclosed spaces
    In addition to meeting Canadian Codes, the Blade Limit Switch adds a second layer of protection for vacation homes, timeshares, Airbnb properties, senior care facilities, teen bathrooms, etc.
