Häfele received the BEST BRAND PERFORMANCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA Awards for CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL given by Wise Site (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
THAILAND ZOCIAL AWARDS is Thailand's biggest social media award event. Weissite (Thailand) Co., Ltd nominates awards to honour the greatest social media performance in different fields as top-performing brands of each industry, both the best foreground and background entertainers as well as successful influencers based on the scorecard of the four main channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, judging by experts from various circles.
METRIC divides the THAILAND ZOCIAL AWARDS 2021 into 4 groups: BRAND METRIC, ENTERTAINMENT METRIC, INFLUENCER METRIC and PERSONAL BRAND METRIC.
BRAND METRIC measures the performance for the BEST BRAND PERFORMANCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA by three key factors:
1) BUSINESS GROWTH based on Fan Growth by last year's follower growth, Interaction interest towards content, Intention, Buying interest towards brands, Recommendation, Brand support and advice.
2) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION by considering Response Rate, Response Time to measure the efficiency of completeness and speed in responding to consumer problems or complaints, Sentiment measures how customers respond through brands' social media channels.
3) INNOVATION by creating a new standard for the industry that is consider by the committee on the novelty of communication including presenting things that are different from the original industry guidelines.
130 brands passed to the final round, and Häfele was awarded the BEST BRAND PERFORMANCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA Award for CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL from the five finalists: SCG, TOA, Tpi Polene and Diamond tile.
Khun Saowanee Sermsupphakornwong, National Sales Manager of Hafele Thailand and the representative of the company received the award on May 8, 2021 at GMM Live House @Central World, 8th floor.
