What are the payment options available?
    Payment can be made via Bank counter for all Banks listed at back side of the card 
o    Bangkok Bank
o    Siam Commercial Bank
o    Kasikornbank
o    The Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri) 

How I get Member card?
New customer with opened order with HÄFELE sales person will receive HÄFELE Welcome letter and Membership Card via mail.

Do I always show this card for purchase?
Not need, purpose of HÄFELE Membership Card just to provide the convenience for customer in payment process.

What I do if the card lost?
Customer can request new card to HÄFELE without additional charge.

How did I know that Hafele got payment?
Customer will receive a receipt bill by mail after HÄFELE received payment confirmation from bank.
