About the Job
The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager  is a corporate storyteller for Häfele America Co. About the Job
The Operations/Projects Analyst is responsible for accurately collecting, analyzing and reporting company data used to measure performance, track progress of major initiatives, and provide decision making tools for the management team.  This position requires collaboration with multiple departments as well as reasoning abilities to analyze and suggest best methods to achieve Häfele’s sales and operations plans.

Analyze and collaborate with Procurement, Traffic, MtoO (‘Made to Order’), Quality and Distribution to achieve company objectives.

Provide statistical analysis of performance for all Operations departments.

Coordinate setup of initial inventory loading for additional warehouses/distribution centers.

Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach with Operations and Executive Management to obtain and ensure current and accurate information is used for metric reporting.

Assist tracking performance and improvement of Third Party Logistics Providers.

What Will Be Expected of You

About the Job

Under direction of the IT Operations Manager, the Network Administrator designs, supports, maintains, and evaluates Telecom and Voice network – Cisco Unified Communications VoIP telephone system which includes Call Manager, Unity, Presence, UCCX 8.5 - Contact Center Express, gateways, and third party hardware and software integrations.

The position will oversee and manage Voice and Data Telco/Carrier connections for all sites across the U.S., including distribution centers in Pennsylvania and California. Specific support emphasis will be on configuration, management, system upgrades and day-to-day operational support and maintenance, as well as maintenance and administration of company Mobile devices and policies.

What Will Be Expected of You

Oversee the day-to-day operation of VoIP networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects.

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco network equipment and operating systems.

Plan, design and implement data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems; assist in coordinating special projects including network related wiring plans.

Research and investigate new and current network, VoIP, and Exchange tools.

About the Job

The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) travels within the defined territory promoting Häfele hardware (cabinet and architectural) to manufacturers, designers, engineers and architects. Develop and maintain a detailed sales and support plan for the territory.

About the Job

The primary focus for the Dealer Sales Representative (DSR) is to create a strong relationship and presence for Häfele with kitchen and bath dealers in your assigned territory, and to create and support sales of all Häfele products and services.            

DSRs provide professional support for sales and marketing initiatives. DSRs also provide expert, specialized technical and field support. Activities and planning are especially focused on increasing overall sales with a particular focus on our LED lighting, kitchen accessories and decorative hardware categories.

DSRs work to create a strong dealer network through service and support of our display and marketing programs that target dealers, as well as sales and services related to projects.

DSRs coordinate their planning and activities with the Kitchen Dealer Program Group Manager, and with the Customer Service Specialists (CSS), Territory Sales Representatives (TSR), and Regional Directors (RD) of their assigned Territories. This includes coordinated sales, training and support activities with and for the TSRs and CSSs.

DSRs support corporate Product Managers in development and sourcing of products, materials and programs with industry feedback.


What Will Be Expected of You


Dealer Showrooms

Implement dealer programs to support and drive the sale of Häfele products through dealer showrooms. These include, but are not limited to: kitchen and bath showrooms, lumber yards and other resellers of kitchen and bath cabinetry and accessories.

Create and maintain communication and coordination of customer service and sales with Customer Service Specialists (CSS), Technical Sales Specialists (TSS), Regional Directors (RD), Product Managers, and with local Territory Sales Representatives (TSR).

Work with CSSs & TSSs to provide information and quotations, documentation and follow up on sales potentials.

Become the liaison between the showroom, dealer, consumer and Häfele staff in order to secure and grow Häfele sales.

Provide feedback to Häfele staff on display and dealer related programs and promotions.

Coordinate all available Häfele resources to optimize success.

 

Product and Services Expertise

Develop expert knowledge of all products in the Häfele product range, with special concentration on kitchen and bath lighting as well as kitchen accessories and hardware.

Educate dealers about Häfele products and how to use Häfele catalogs and website to find appropriate hardware products, pricing and technical documentation.

Arrange and give formal and informal presentations to kitchen and bath dealers (using various tools like PowerPoint, websites, email, telephone, catalogs, mounting instructions, supplier’s websites, samples and mock-ups).

Provide technical field support during installations of special hardware systems, if necessary (e.g., on-site support and troubleshooting).

Recognize new product trends and advise product manager accordingly.

 

Specialized Marketing Activities

Provide product knowledge training on a regular basis with key dealer staff in assigned territory.

Attend and participate in major industry tradeshows, including staffing, pre- and post-show activities and attending show related functions.

Set up show displays and represent Häfele America Co. at small regional shows organized through various trade organizations as well as the Häfele Mobile Showroom.

Assist Regional Director with event coordination and visitation schedules. Provide hours of staffing for Mobile Showroom weeks, while coordinating other DSR responsibilities.

 

Relationships

Develop and manage the relationship between Häfele and its kitchen dealers.

Develop and manage activities with and approach to primary dealer opportunities as well as the broad base of opportunities in assigned regions.

Provide consultation to Marketing regarding dealers, dealer programs, promotions, displays, competition, and opportunities in assigned regions

Utilize shared information systems such as Microsoft Outlook, customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management software.

 

Planning and Reporting

Provide support to the Business Group Manager – Kitchen Dealer Program, in drafting an annual plan including support requirements. Plan will be updated quarterly. The Regional Director will approve, coordinate, and support these activities.  

Establish and use communication tools and provide reports as required by the Regional Director to document and support the DSRs efforts.


Travel

DSRs are responsible for large geographic areas. As such, travel will be an essential and required part of their job responsibilities.

Training for DSRs will occur in appropriate locations at Häfele offices and at suppliers.

Work with dealers and showrooms will require frequent trips for presentations and support. Any limiting factors for travel must be agreed upon prior to hiring.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years retail kitchen design or industry experience; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Science or Quality field or Associates degree with 4 years of Six Sigma Project related experience.

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of process mapping of complex systems and other lean tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Project Management

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details

• Works closely with Industrial Account Manager and Product Management to identify new product opportunities, new market requirements and provides relevant market information to support modifications to existing products.

• Works closely with Planning/Purchasing Departments in conjunction with the Product Sourcing Manager to insure that items needed for strategic accounts are stocked at appropriate levels and any supply chain issues are identified and communicated internally and externally with the account.
