Häfele’s two new families of chip-on-board or “COB” light strips debuting at KBIS 2024 – COB Gold and COB Complete – represent the latest advancement in Häfele lighting. This range of products will simplify the design process, speed installation, reduce waste and give owners bright, brilliant LED lighting with years of trouble-free performance.

One of the primary benefits of a COB light strip is more even light output without visible diodes or the need for additional diffusers or profiles. Featuring continuous contacts and infinite cut points, Häfele’s COB Gold LED lighting can be paired with a very shallow 6 mm deep profile making it tremendously versatile across a wide variety of applications. Häfele’s COB Complete is fully flexible and comes encased in silicone and ready-to-install with pre-attached leads. These IP 67 rated light strips eliminate the need for an additional profile or lens and can be surface-mounted or recessed in a 4 mm deep channel.

Another innovative solution being showcased at KBIS 2024 is the Loox Wireless Adjustable Shelf Lighting System. Bringing together everything needed for illumination and storage: LED lighting, shelving, adjustability, this system can be used in framed or frameless cabinets. It features Loox5 LED light bars that are powered by narrow aluminum bus bars integrated into each side of the casework. The result is horizontal shelf illumination, discretely located and easily repositioned – by designers, installers and owners.
